Farmers Market - Carrousel District

Farmers Market will take place on Fridays from 11:30 AM -   5:30 PM during the summer months from June thru October, on 4th Street in front of the Carrousel.  We currently have a list of 750 farmers and possible 10 vendors each week.  There will also be a table for community gardeners.  This table is for overabundance of goodies from personal gardens.   The first market of the season, June 6th will be a special event!  There will be no market on July 4th.

The Carrousel Distric Friday Farmers' Market gives growers and producers of agricultural commodities alternative marketing opportunities and promotes the sale of locally grown product.  The Market also provides an opportunity for famers and people from urban communities to deal directly with each other, allowing consumers to better understand the benefits of purchasing quality grown or prepared food products.
